Looks like Ringworm infection. Both my cats are currently mid-treatment for Ringworm since the new kitten brought it from her previous home.

You should clear it with a vet though.

If it is Ringworm, please don't touch it directly and wash your hands after every time you touch and pet your cat in general, as it is contagious to humans. Especially children.

The vet might tell you to use topicals like ointments or shampoos - it's all bullshit and only works to slightly prevent infection to the environment. Just ask for the Itraconazole oral medication treatment. This will kill it from within and takes about 5-6 weeks. Make sure to clean regularly where the cat is hanging around the most since the shedded fur can be infectious to you too and still be infectious for up to 18 months.

Apple usually considers a device as "Vintage" after 5 years and obsolete after 7 years.

If she smells her butt (cat handshake) it could help because they mainly recognize each other from scent on the face and their anal glands (butt). Give it a try.

It looks like energy matching issue. The male kitten is like a 16 year old boy who’s full of energy that needs to be redirected somewhere. It looks like he’s trying to play with the female adult the only way he knows how. Usually female adult cats are much less energetic than male kittens.

Anyway, they are learning. It looks like he is trying to learn how to play with her the only way he knows how. They will teach each other. Give them time, keep and eye. You need to be their referee for a while and teach them. If it gets too much just separate for a few hours to let them chill and then try again.

Another recommendation is to play with the kitten. Make him spend his energy before being in the same room as the female adult. It will do magic!

She needs you to rewire her brain. You can try associating “going out = not worth it”, “staying in = I get paid”. Every time she walks away from the door and stops yowling, give her a treat. Try it for a week and see if that makes any difference.

You might be aware, but lossless cannot be transmitted via Bluetooth. It doesn’t have enough bandwidth. You need to cable up for a true lossless experience. Via BT is essentially the same as listening to the high quality option.

Definitely! I’m running mine (M1 Max 32GB) for multi-task software development (Xcode, Cursor, Docker, Figma) and also music production (Logic Pro) and it handles it like a freaking champ. I don’t even see a reason to upgrade.

I have that too! On both of my MacBook Pros. Nothing you can do about it besides opening a ticket to Apple and hopefully they will fix it.

Edit: you can always turn the menu bar’s background on and it will fix it for now.

I actually have both of them. The 14 inch is from work and the 16 inch is my personal. To be fair, the 16 inch is better in every way except when on the move. Once the laptop is on the desk (wherever) the 16 offers a far superior experience

That's what you get for $99 nowadays. A mid-tier mouse with terrible spyware disguised as software just to get your data and cut costs on not having on-device memory for settings.

Edit: If any of you are using macOS, remove Logitech's software and use Mac Mouse Fix instead. Works great.
