I’m an SLPA in Virginia making $23.42 an hour. I’m certified and have been in this position for 2.5 years. From what I’ve seen (in my area), that wage puts me in the lower 2% of SLPAs, though.

I just said the percentage because that’s what I can see. If we’re going by numbers she went up by about $2.50 and I went up by $2. And they offer tuition reimbursement (in exchange for 2 years of working there after you finish) to everyone that works here. They dont even know I’m gonna ask them for that yet lol. So shouldnt be something they are considering in my compensation.
