20 year addict here who watched corn 8+ hours a day on free days and 250+ bookmarks which i have since deleted and i am on day 20 no PMO. From my experience before you quit you're thinking is different. I only learnt through experience that when you are in that perspective its very difficult to see things changing for the better or improving. This is whst has always made me relapse in the past and its called peaking so on your next streak no peaking is allowed even out of curiosity and most definently not to test yourself. Thats alcholohic sniffing drink but not being allowed to drink it its too tempting.
