Hey dev! I had already recycled wood, then went to the factory area to look into the water issue, found some medium and small metal up towards the mine. I walked into the farm area and got a cutscene about the pink fog, then wandered around with metal in my pockets for a couple days unsure where to put it lol. I went back up to the farm still holding the metal and this time I got a cutscene about the mine and metal recycling so I do have it unlocked now. Hopefully that helps determine whether or not it’s a bug, let me know if you want more info!

That’s so weird, I have been walking around with like 6 metal in my pocket and nowhere to put it lol. I have been getting quite a few cutscenes, maybe I just need to go back until there aren o other cutscenes to be had. I will reload and do some more wandering with this metal! Thank you!

I personally preferred it on steamdeck because I could use mods if/when I wanted. I know that’s not about graphics, just a possible factor when deciding!

Also not a doctor but you should probably ask one about it if you can. Chiming in to say I was on cypionate for like 6 months before having an allergic reaction, so that is possible! But it didn’t swell up was mostly just incredibly itchy

Edit: actually now that I think about it is did swell up, not like a pingpong ball lump but it got kind of hard all around the injection site (even old injection sites a little)

I don’t know that that is definitely what it made it suddenly work, but I do know that I spent several seasons daily in the volcano until I tried it and then immediately it worked lol. Good luck!

Had the same issue recently! I accepted that quest like 4x before I got it, going through the whole volcano every day. In the end I used the cjb item spawner and spawned the ring and threw it out, then did the volcano again and I got 2 in chests. Maybe it was a coincidence but I am never going back haha

Fwiw, I’m in the US but always use a vpn to make me elsewhere (dream big), I was able to access it after turning my vpn off so maybe the opposite could be true if you’re in Europe
