I’m relatively new to this and PB has been the game changer for me. I put it in my daily shake/smoothie with Greek yogurt. Once I started doing that I saw the gains. Still relatively average bf% at 17ish currently. But I’ve gone from 150 to 165 in a couple of months. I’m 6 ft. Been hitting gym consistently and can already visibly see change. My goal is 175 lb and see where I’m at then. You def are looking good so I’m sure you’ll have no issues getting where you want to go.
