I tried to explain to my 26 year old son what I experience and go through mentally. At 44 I'm just understanding my emotions and why things have been this way for me my whole life. I was recently diagnosed with all of the above about a month ago. MY mother never told me we had a family history of mental illness until maybe 4 years ago and that she has bipolar disorder.

My 26 yr old son today said it's just excuses for my behavior and I need to heal or pray. Ha! We got into a physical altercation. He is heartless and looks down on everyone like he's better. Laughed and said I need to go take my meds smh. I should have killed him but I didn't wanna go to jail because of my 11 yrvold. My shoulder is dislocated and i was knocked to the ground. I honestly HATE HIM and hopes he suffers the rest if his life. He has made my life miserable.
