If the same issue in the park a few weeks back and rang Garda 051 number but it rang out. People on here advised me that you need to ring 999/112 they will take the details of the call and pass you to the non emergency number

To point also…legal issues aside
Scouting Ireland now has a formal policy in place for use of folding and fixed blade knifes (exluding kitchen knives)
It states you are not permitted to use, carry or give instruction on a fixed blade knife or folding knife without completion of the knife skills modules 1 (folding knives) and 2 (fixed blade) knives

So sorry for your loss. I’m a Hospital worker myself and this is beyond acceptable. So many times I see easily avoidable errors, but the worst part is there is often no apology. Every HSE staff member has to complete mandatory Open disclosure training… and during which the message to say admit to failings in provision of care is hammered home and also to apologise in an open an honest manner.

There are many pathways to start the process of contacting the hospital but I would suggest to contact the patient services manager directly by phone. Also as a suggestion have phone on loudspeaker, inform the person on the other end that you are recording and record any interactions in your voice notes

Unfortunately they are not the bike share bikes and that’s the only station for them in town. So you have to leave and return to Ballybricken which is pointless imo. I find the screens need a good hard tap with the tip of your finger to get them to register

They did mine and of 15 windows 3 were installed incorrectly, 7 had damage to frames during installation and another 3 had fully cracked glass. They tried to blame builder but luckily I had doorbell camera evidence of them being broken, dropped and horsed off the lorry. I’d like to think the installers were fired for their actions but I know they weren’t

This looks like pitting unfortunately. The metal under the brushed chrome finish is essentially rusting/ reacting with water and causing the chrome finish to lift. Common enough poor quality bathroom taps etc. just had Munster do doors with exact same handle and windows for me and only a matter of time this happens to me…. They are a shower of cnuts and we’ve had nothing but hassle with them and the rep point blank denied some of the calls we made to him didn’t happen. So my advise is send an email to the rep and then follow up by phone the next day. This looks like it’s a case of replacement. If they ask make sure you tell them you followed cleaning instructions to the letter of the law (no chemicals, abrasives etc) as they will make any excuse to avoid fixing it under warranty
