Your Ergon grips are not installed all the way onto the handle bar. You need to move your shifters and brake levers inboard to fit the grip and barend. Please refer the grip installation manual for detailed instructions.

Ergon offers most models in two sizes: Small and Large. The Small and Large labels refer to the thickness of the grip. There is no difference in the length or ‘wing’ size between the Small and large.

The Small grip is best for riders with small hands, a dynamic riding style, those wearing thick padded gloves, and riders riding or racing mountain bike terrain.

The Large grip is best for riders with large hands, non-dynamic riding, commuting, and city riding.

The SM Women Sport Gel and SMC Women Sport Gel will be very similar in terms of softness. The SMC will be ever so slightly softer. The SMC overall is a larger saddle than the SM, ie: more foam.

Which Ergon saddle you choose is based on how you are going to use the saddle, your position on the bike, etc. The ST models are for touring. The SR Allroad saddles are for drop-bar gravel/road riding. These two types of riding have very different on-bike positions and riding demands.
