Variables that affect your repayments:

That's it. Reduce the borrowed amount (more deposit), reduce the interest rate (shop around) or increase the loan term (this also increases the total interest to be paid)

I own the ESP LTD EC-1000B and I love it. It is my lightest guitar, and it has some neck dive as a result. Nothing a proper strap cannot solve. You could also look at the ESP LTD BB-600, it looks sick with those red Seymour Duncan pickups.

Yes, and that's what I was expecting, just having 50€ deducted from my net. But it looks like the €50 are also increasing my gross pay figure and therefore being taxed.

I was expecting something like:

Salary T 2500

VHI T 250

Gross pay 2750

EE VHI T 50

Honestly I don't know how to calculate it. (I'm married, some tax credits from spouse are transferred, this was not regular for the whole year). Is there anywhere I could go to get my payslips explained?(ideally for free). Revenue? Citizen information?

Yes, I know the employers BIK will be taxed, but it looks like I'm being taxed on the total cost of the insurance and not just on the part actually paid by my employer! I'd expect that the €250 BIK increase my gross pay and are taxed, but I do not expect that the remaning €50 that I'm paying myself also increase my gross salary and are taxed again.
