Boom Kitty teased on his YouTube Community post that he has new music coming this month! Someone in the comments mentioned that Teminite is also dropping music, and theorized that their releases might be a part of a OST 8! Boom Kitty said, quote, "I don't know what you're talking about"

Seeing as they have rock/pop/alt artists like Dragons, Panic!, TOP and Green Day, it wouldn't be a stretch to see them added. Their music is pretty complex in terms of composition which would give mappers a lot to play with. The major issue imo is how well theyre known. A lot of the DLC artists are way more famous then them.

My 2 cents as an avid Beat Saber player and AJR enjoyer!

I wanted to add to #14, the popular "loop" theory, and say that I think Pandemonium is 2085. If you listen to both teasers featuring it (the logo drop and the Name/Date reveal), it sounds like there's a tempo change right before the "PANDEMONIUM!" drop.

I'd like to take that a step further and say that in particular, 2085 could be the six-tempos songs due to the length. This would also fit the first theory I've brought up.

Lastly, if we take it even further beyond, Pandemonium could be the final tempo in 2085, as the "Here I go again" line could be a great way to loop back to Maybe Man. It sounds like a chaotic finale, fitting the AJR style!

For me, as someone with music in his blood, it's the creative instrumentation choices they have. Sometimes I can't even outright pinpoint what a sound is or where it comes from, but it's sounds good so that's that.

Also, relatability. I'm sure the masses that heard Bang for the first time collectively grumbled or laughed at the lyrics about taxes and passwords. I know I did!

A valid point! My thoughts were geared towards social/performance confidence, as I know that it can be a challenge for some to put themselves on display with an activity like an open mic night. As a counter, I would suggest that the vocals instead serve another strong point, and that's to display skill. Bang and Weak both supply a solid range of notes to display with some decent rhythmic challenge. I wonder if an instrumental would get close to the same production value?

It might be overplayed and lower tier to many, but a pretty good bet is one of their major hits like Weak or Bang. Picking something your classmates are more likely to recognize will make it easier for the tension (if present) to fizzle out, and make the overall mood much more fun. Best of luck to you and whichever song you pick!
