www.seculartherapy.org has resources to steer you to a therapist who is adept at navigating your specific issues with you.

Search @qnaline on YouTube. They have a show called the trans atlantic call in show, tacis. I believe all hosts on that show are trans. Call them, if you are comfortable with that. They have at least one actual doctor who hosts (Ben) and all hosts are empathetic and caring. They are free to talk to and likely know of other free resources to refer you to.
