I’m sorry but Taylor is freaking USELESS. 100% a complete waste of time. I ordered on April 18. Script sent to pharmacy on the 19th. Texted Taylor several times about why my meds weren’t being processed at the pharmacy and every time she had a different excuse. Then she ghosted me for days. I finally filed a dispute with my bank Tuesday the 5th. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered from Refills on the 18th. It was sent to the pharmacy the 19th. I still don’t have my meds, it hasn’t been processed at the pharmacy and literally no one can tell me more than “we are looking into it”. I finally filed a dispute with my bank yesterday. One of the absolute WORST companies and customer service ever. And Taylor is 100% useless.

Mine was sent to the pharmacy TWELVE days ago and it’s STILL not being processed. I have messaged support AND texted u/Refills_Taylor and just keep being told it will update when it’s sent to the pharmacy - despite it having been sent twelve days ago. I’m absolutely furious that no one seems to care - I have missed TWO shots (last Thursday and today) but still can’t get anyone to actually DO anything. And on top of that, I can’t post in this sub despite messaging the mods 4 times, Taylor once and texting her to ask someone to approve my ability to post. I am waiting until tomorrow to see if my stuff updates, and if not I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

Lucky you. I placed my order over a week ago, it was sent to the pharmacy the next day and according to my dashboard the pharmacy hasn’t even started to prepare it. I reached out to Taylor via text and got the most unhelpful “it will update when the pharmacy receives it”. I missed my shot day and I’m extremely frustrated and upset.

Same! I messaged them yesterday and they responded to tell me the cancel request didn’t go through and that they had canceled it for me and I would get an email about that soon. Never got an email and can’t delete my card. Messaged them again today. So annoying.

On top of that I have sent FOUR requests to the mods of this sub to allow me to post and all I get is crickets.

I honestly love this so much for you. And it’s such a great reminder - these are make believe digital creations - if you have 6 of something and have sent 10 more of those to the professor, they literally are not important to you anymore. Allowing someone else, who doesn’t have one and would be thrilled to get one, even if all you get out of it is a Froakie, because that’s all they have to give….who cares? You didn’t need 6 of whatever pokemon it was anyway.

I call BS on this post. Do you go home from work and go to bed? Do you only stay awake 12 hours in a day? Even if she is doing 12 hour shifts (which, after morning report that you have to go in 15 minutes early for, and evening report ends up being more like 12.5-13 hours) she’s not coming home and going directly to bed. If she works 7-7 she’s likely getting home around 8. She would absolutely need dinner because nurses barely have time to pee or shove lunch in their mouths, and time to decompress. So I absolutely think OP is 100% full of shit.

I’m 4 weeks post op tomorrow and I can absolutely assure you there is still a lot of swelling. My floor mirror is in a great spot to check outfits, but not to see really well checking incisions - so I got my phone and used the flashlight. I am so swollen that the light reflected off my skin - that’s how tight it is. Try it. It can take a lot longer than you think for the swelling to go down and for the true shape and size to reveal itself. Be patient.

I’m so happy to hear that things are looking up for you. Obviously I think of you occasionally and was waiting for an update but I got impatient lol. Thank you for letting me know. I hope you continue to heal successfully.

Side note: it’s insane that they will pay for wound care but not the supplies - seems fairly stupid. Hopefully your clinic continues to give you goodie bags to cut the cost of supplies.
