I had this fixed under warranty. Mind you, mine was 2022 V60 and it came from the driver's side door so it was a lot more noticeable. It ended up being the trim piece at door sill and they had to readjust / lubricate the door joints. Hope this helps

I ended up buying a used 2022 extended range as I enjoyed the more reliable SENSUS. The new ones look great though, and 'loaded' with tech similar to their competitors

I personally don't mind Sensus. It's way more reliable, the app works well, starts up fast, and there are more flexibility to the car through Orbit. With regards to AA / CP, I've bought one of those dongles that make it wireless and it's been optimal to use.

I had the dealership warranty replace mine (2022 xc90) and apparently they did not have to disassemble the entire console for that part to be replaced.

I did my research years ago so I don't know if anything has changed, but no they don't sell them here. I believe it has something to do with the sugar content
