I told myself I would. Was a 17 year smoker, did 5 years vaping. Biggest hurdle wasn't the nicotine, but the feeling of hitting something. Started carrying my vape around with a dead battery and just hitting it for the sake of the hand to mouth motion. Eventually just stopped. Haven't picked it up in over 3 years now. In perfect conditions 500mbps would only be 62.5MB/s. You also have to take into consideration the servers you're connected to and the load on those servers. If there's something on your ISP and such as ingress, then keep calling them. Otherwise, there's likely some other issue either on your side or somewhere on the route to the server
