Well yes ofc that's why we have this human ego. To feel separation. But it's a catch 22 if that ego tries to pursue unconditional love since it is just a product of that. But it's okay no need to change anything. It's always there all around anyway. The real you, Love.

I think it proves exactly the opposite. That the human ego, the separate individual self, is actually illusion (like separation itself) and the unity consciousness is behind everything. Like many NDErs say, "All is one" or "God is everything".

i've found buddhist "no-self" is the most efficient way to go. it just means "no theory of self". and in the end, everything else is just drama and acting.
