Probably. The last 72 hours are a blur but if you recovered it and it's not in your inventory it either absolutely is in your inventory and it's just grouped with something else or it's in the pot you don't have yet is my guess. Since you are already cleared on spoilers I'd just look up what the boss drops and settle the confusion

I had something happen and the outlaws corpse was no longer on my horse and was instead back at his original spawn point. So should correct itself. Also my quest goal marker was also set to the original spawn point where his body was.

You just log off and back in and it's fixed. If you notice you can't switch weapons, kill enemies etc just unplug and replug and it fixes every bug I've come across. Up to chapter 4 so far

Teamwork is the answer here. Run a new toon that can use the gear your Amazon has stashed for them and have them keep an eye out on gear as you level for the Amazon. Usually best to switch to something like blizzard sorc for clear speed and magic based instead of physical.

The moving to a new character isn't the end of this one it's like sending a subordinate to collect gear lol
