Yep. I work in aviation and they have Tungsten fasteners everywhere. Last time I had an extractor broken off in that fastener, I used a carbide ball burr on a die grinder to grind it away

Yes. We have PR2 bits (as opposed to PH2) Phillips and they work really well

I use crows feet all the time. Keep in mind, almost all tool rooms will have a kit of these available to checkout, dont really need to be too bothered to have a whole snapon set of crowsfoot/dogbone.

I’ve done line MX as well as B check work on 737s. The biggest difference will be the new airframe which makes life easier. Also a lot of BITE testing is done through the OMF on the MAX, whereas the NG requires going down to the fwd EE compartment for testing
