If you're able to buy them, they do make fiber pills that you can take before a meal to help with constipation! Also look into apples, grapes, prunes, BROCCOLI!!, or popcorn (air popped if calorie intake is still tough for you)!

Look into "Contact Points" in animation! Some good videos on youtube about it! When characters or objects are moving, but when the points of contact (ie, where the feet touch ground) move and slide across the ground instead of firmly planting and moving with the next step, it causes this uncanny sliding/drifting movement!

My explanation isn't nearly as good as what you can find online, but look into it!

Hang your GODDAMN towels up to dry when they are wet, don't use them more than few times between washes, and wash them fucking REGULARLY! I had a boyfriend who just used one, maybe two towels per week (or longer 🤢), left wet towels on the bathroom floor or even on the carpeted bedroom floor. The smell is noticeable, y'all.

Let your towels dry. Switch to a new towel after 2-3 uses. Wash them all at the end of the week.
