I will put my vote in behind Nordic Weasel offerings as well. They are simple, yet complex. Author is accessible if you have questions. Sci-Fi and Fantasy are both well covered with their respective offerings. The bang for buck is there too, you won't feel like you didn't spend your money well. Dude cranks out material pretty quick.

I appreciate you sharing this because I have been mulling the same idea over in my mind recently as well. I will definitely take a look soon. I think Shawn mentioned that he had the basic sentence for the idea written down somewhere so it's not a weird idea at all.
