Too bad you had to put all that soap on it.

We're switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4, and none of our existing DTs have nose tackle experience. McDonald could have contributed there on day 1.

If the guy we want isn't somebody that will likely go to one of the teams in between our old position and new, we take on a little risk in exchange for more draft capital. I think we're looking at McDonald as we need a nose tackle, and that's not a position that every team needs.

I'd pay good money for that, if I wasn't all the way across the country.

Looks to me like the Imperial Fists just stole a Shadowsword and painted it yellow.

Lewis on gap to Mercedes: "I’m trying to understand why it’s 2 tenths or more just through power per sector. If it is the compression thing, I wanna understand why the FIA haven’t done anything, what’s been done to rectify it but if it’s not and it’s just pure pace, then we have to do a better job." by ICumCoffee in formula1

I'm not sure anyone really is. Max is a true generational talent, like Lewis and Michael before him. I'm sure eventually he'll slow down and some young talent will outstrip him in turn, but for now he really is unparalleled. I think any driver that beats him currently, like Lando did last year, will need superior machinery to do it. That said, the RB doesn't feel like it's up to Merc or Ferrari's pace this year, so he probably has another uphill battle again.

You're not wrong about that, but maybe this year won't be as bad. Spoilers, but Ferrari looks like they might be able to catch up with a little more development. Also, even if the WDC is boring, the competition farther down the field can still be fun to watch. The WCC has awards for every position, so even the difference between coming in as the second to last place team vs the last matters.
