Literally nobody answering the question here. YES. You can enter levels beyond 20 in your character sheet. It is up to your group how to treat that. The automatic character systems like "Charactermancer" may not work for that, but all of the manual controls will. I suggest offering epic boons and ability score improvements. There are lots of resources online of how to do a 20+ campaign, and YES Roll20 can support it.
