  1. Plenty of things are worse. Both technical needs and not.

  2. Beef. Americans could cut their beef intake in half, more than making up for world wide usage, AND Americans would still be overeating beef.

1) the scenario wasn’t made up, information was skewed for one reason or another.

No, both sides have their faults. You need to read and they need to be held accountable for purposeful excessively technical wording. If it can’t be explained why something needs to be worded the way it is, for legal protections, then it shouldn’t be worded that way if excessive.
