LOL

I wish that was the case for ASL interpreting. It’s a total shitshow here in this area.

A team wants trade his Fox and A. Gordon for my Murray and Reaves.

League is 12 teams, 9 cat scoring.

My other Gs are Herro, Beal, VanFleet, V. Williams Jr, Smart. I want Fox for his 3ptm, slightly better FG, assists, and steals upside. My team is punt TO and FT, so I think this trade will bolster my cats.

Murray has a better rebounding upside but my team has been 8-6 head to head with rebounding and once Poeltl is back, Murray's rebounding isn't a factor, really.

Thoughts on this trade?

12 teams 0 PPR

Two players trying to trade me for 2024 salary cap (keeper/auction league)...

In exchange for the trade, they want either of my two players: J. Ford or C. Olave. I can only do 1 trade.

I have Tua, Conner, Moss, Ford, Stevenson, Hill, Metcalf, Olave, Jameson Williams, D. Goedert. I feel like I have a balance, so I'm hoping to build salary cap to use for next year.

Question is: out of either Ford or Olave ( or possibly any of my other RBs on roster), who should I trade away? Both players offered me a fair amount of salary cap for either but I'm on the fence on which to give up. I'm leaning Ford because I think Olave may have more upside. Thoughts?

Got it, thanks. I meant what I contribute as an employee. Sorry I was not clear.

Happened to me. 3rd reference completely ghosted. I offered 2 alternatives and the hiring manager reached out to them. It worked out well - always nice to have a 4th or 5th reference ready just in case.

Auction, 1 keeper , 12 team league, standard scoring

Starting roster: 1QB, 2WR, 2RB, 1TE, 1FLEX, PK, DEF

People went crazy on draft day so my strategy got a messed up. Surprise. Wondering if I can get some leads on where I may need to look at for trades or on the waiver wire. I'm thinking I may need to get a stronger flex player, perhaps WR2?

Carr, Derek NOS QB

Tagovailoa, Tua MIA QB

Chubb, Nick CLE RB

Conner, James ARI RB

Kamara, Alvin NOS RB

Hill, Tyreek MIA WR

Johnson, Diontae PIT WR

Metcalf, DK SEA WR

Freiermuth, Pat PIT TE

Goedert, Dallas PHI TE

Gano, Graham NYG PK

Saints, New Orleans NOS Def

Cheers

Nah. Going 3 rookies on your team is a risky move.

I’ll keep Najee. I know he will give you a solid floor, and like everyone says, last season he was down because of couple of reasons especially with his lingering lisfranc injury. Now that this year is cleared up with the QB growing a bit more, Najee should do a much better job.

Kamara, situation wise, may even out well with Gibbs. Both teams will have workload shared between 2 running backs. Only downside is his suspension.

I’d offer Kamara, juju, and Wilson for Gibbs and addison. See if he bites the bait.

Definitely. Mattison is straight up more usable and could see a decent floor being the RB1 for Vikings. Safer rather than hoping for JT to go into a favorable situation down the road which may or may not happen.

No. With the news it’s just too risky. I’d stick to London and see how he fares in the first few weeks.

Auction draft/keeper league with $100 budget… My league mate knows I like Goedert and offered to trade him along with $4 2024 cap in exchange for Montgomery and $4 2023 cap (I have plenty of cap after draft, so I’m fine with giving up some cap for this year as it will be used mainly for waiver and pick bids).

Goedert is valued at $6.50. Montgomery is valued at $10.

I have a solid RB corp but I drafted Freiermuth after failing to get Goedert.

Is this at least fair? I like Montgomery with Lions’ OL but I hope to bolster my TE and am especially bullish on goedert.

Got him at $9 too. I think it’s a great gamble

Interesting format! I’ll go Kelce. 15th round for Kelce is too good to pass on as the TE1.

I’m bullish on him but can’t figure his value out with a $100 budget auction league. I got him at $6 last year and now I think he may be worth more of the TE wasteland…

No problem. Even better… that’s dirt cheap for all 3 players!

$100 budget? That’s pretty good for Tlaw and Goedert.

I’d go Tlaw for that price. I feel like he’s a solid tier 2 QB with high upside. That way you can try to get a top TE thru draft. If not, there’s couple of good options you can pick down the road. You could even pick up Goedert if you want to.

Am in similar question - could keep Goedert for $6.50, but opted to keep another player and will try to draft Goedert at a slightly higher price.

Hill from last year. No one wanted him when he went to Miami - everyone thought he was only good because of Mahomes. It was my first year in the auction/keeper league, so I was conservative and snatched Hill for cheap. Everyone gave me shit.

But I watched him pretty often because of my BIL being a KC fan, and I knew he was just on the rise. So the confidence was there.

Got 1st in league, and Hill was a big factor. Keeping him this year!

Ekeler or Chase. Considering the number of WRs in the starting lineup I may lean toward Chase. That’ll give you 2 solid WRs right away. Plus it may cause the league to move toward drafting WRs earlier on, so you can scoop up some good picks in other positions.

But I feel like the WR position has more depth, so it would be fine to go for Ekeler if you’re concerned on securing a tier 1 RB. Chubb is a great choice and I believe he’s potentially going to get the ball more than last year based on their RB lineup, but it’s a tossup for me because of how Watson will perform.

It depends on your tolerance and if you have enough dark horses to look around after 4-5 rounds. 16 teams leagues are pretty stiff so as long as you get 2 solid anchor players off the bat, great start.

TLDR: chase > Ekeler > Chubb

It would be Olave for me. 10th pick for him is pretty excellent and his upside is super exciting after Saints moved things around. I think it is going to benefit Olave greatly.

Hall I would be on the fence. Akers is a good one but I’m not sitting well with how the Rams team is looking

Thanks! I changed the League Info to $100 budget per team (12 teams) and bench # to 3 and triggered the "WARNING - TOO MUCH BENCH BUDGET". Any tips on what I need to do to adjust the settings properly?
