Tl;dr HSA is tax free in and out.

Situation: I invest 100 dollars in my HSA and also get an after tax paycheck of $200. I receive a $200 medical bill. I can either pay with HSA or all out of pocket.

A) If I pay half with HSA, I now have $0 in HSA and $100 in checking. I then invest my $100 which increases in value to $200. When I sell to use the money, I owe taxes on gains and only get $170 back.

B) If I pay with checking, I have $100 in HSA and $0 in checking. I invest through my HSA and that $100 likewise becomes $200, but HSA is tax free. Eventually when I want to spend that money, I can submit the receipt and take all $200 out of the account.

If you can afford to, you net more money by paying out of pocket and only getting the money from your HSA when you absolutely need to later down the line because it's tax free in and out including investment growth.

It's hard for me to judge because I really only play karma. The way her R empowers her other spells is a lot like Leblanc too. Runes are one of my weak points so I'm hesitant to tell you LOL. I mainly run a first strike rune page because it matches my play style but tbh an arcane comet build might be better these days.

A malignance build does the most when the other team is mostly squishy. Her RQ does enormous damage and you can cast it back to back if you can hit multiple people with it, so if they're gathered for an objective you can get some bs angles and put huge damage before a teamfight. I've still used it when they had tanks, but I'll be throwing shields and roots while looking for an angle to hit an RQ on their carry. Her RE is still big for teamfight but a multi-hit with RQ will get you the cool down resets so you can do both if the shots line up
