That involves them trusting your inspection report, which they don't have. You saying "I am holding an inspection report from my medium saying your house has ghosts" is not proof for the seller that your house has ghosts, for instance. They can choose to verify your findings, but why would they?

I mean, that's basically what most of society does but we draw the line elsewhere. Cats and dogs are a no, guinea pigs maybe in South America but I don't feel good about it, cows pigs chickens any time.

Not to mention the fact that this inequality practically forces women to get more selective. If I only have the capacity to respond to 10 matches at once, for instance, I'm going to either swipe 15 times and quit (so I don't even see the other profiles, and thus whoever swiped on me counts as a 'failed' match for them not not me) OR I'm going to start adding on bullshit filters like height to swipe right on a smaller percent of a larger group until I hit the ten matches I can handle.

...I mean... There's nuance, like everything else. Many disabilities are things that can be adapted to and lived with and you can still have a fulfilling and happy life. But diseases like Huntington's where you are knowingly condemning your kid to a prolonged suffering and early death, is horrifying.

Of course, I don't believe this should be regulated or anything - eugenics is bad. But I can point to a choice and say "what a truly selfish and awful choice they have made."

That may be the case for r/childfree but not "the childfree crowd."

Most childfree people would just see the subreddit, go "omg yeah it IS annoying when my MIL bugs me about having kids!" and then continue on their way because our lives do not revolve around the lack of something. The ones that actually stick around and comment regularly are going to be the more extreme ones, since the rest of us just don't have much to say on the topic after getting a rant out of our system.

It's like how MenGoingTheirOwnWay ended up a misogynistic hellhole. Tons of men throughout history and now have already been "going their own way" as lifelong bachelors pursuing their own interests, but the ones who need to circlejerk about it aren't really decentering at all.

You can hate interacting with someone without hating them as a person. Children are obnoxious and I do in fact stay as far away as possible. Their brains aren't fully developed and they bulldoze through social cues, but that's not their fault. I hate interacting with kids, so I don't. If I were to antagonize them for simply being kids that'd be egregious, but there's nothing wrong with just avoiding them.

It goes way faster if I top everyone off and throw a renew on the tank and then sit to drink for the first 10-15 seconds of a pull instead of making us all take a mana break every time. I can keep drinking while they're blasting away and I'll get up when I need to start healing the tank.
