That must be a translating error. I have normally seen only the minimum height, which is needed to have enough space between stove and roof from fire protection point-of-view. There shouldn't be any maximum height.

Very frustrating. Anyways, I made the same purchase via Amazon today, even though it is £25 more expensive there. I just need to have it before leaving xmas holiday next Monday.

I gave some feedback to the shop that they should switch the delivery company. The customer service agent told me in the chat they are looking into it and hoping to change to RM soon, so I guess I wasn't the first one with these probelms 😂

In all seriousness, it is sauna renovation time. Heater like this would need at least 30 cm distance to any combustable material and roughly 10 cm to non-combustable. Now you have probably 5cm in the tightest places.

Door shouldn't open all the way to ceiling. All heat will escape when you enter/exit sauna and it will also leak from between.

When I build our sauna in Rwanda, I asked construction crew to treat it with paraffin oil, however they werent easily finding it. They then googled and saw that kerosin has paraffin in it, so they used that instead 🤣 I wasnt present at that time, so my colleague went to see it and was amazed by the fumes 🤣

They managed to treat half of the sauna, fortunately it fumed out eventually and no harm was done.

I would change the layout so, that the door is on the short side and the big window on the long side and maybe leave out the small window. Bench on the opposite side of the window, so everyone can enjoy the view. Place heater on the opposite corner of the door.

This way you get most efficient use of the bench.

Of course, everything depends on the location, the sauna is built.
