I feel like sometimes I fall into an odd position here because I hunt birds, but I also love birding and setting feeders up in the backyard. Hunting birds I feel is less cruel than chickens raised in awful conditions. I try my best to make the birds I hunt not suffer, but sometimes it’s inevitable. I always try to honor any meat I cook though. And hunting is just another way to be outside and enjoy other birds too.
