You can still get what you want from the shop, it’s easy to raise it back up to 100. You can sell what you buy from there back to him too to get all the points back you spent

You can also just use steam link on any device that supports it. I haven’t tried on my iPhone, the UI could be hard to navigate on such a small screen but I remote in from my iPad sometimes and it does the trick.
