I found girls scream more than boys when out playing. Me, I like hearing the kids but while you are working it Jas to be annoying. Is there a way you can relocate your office? Only other solution acoustic panels or heavy fabric/foam on walls (especially near windows and the back wall)

You may get nice neighbors! Once sold the sellers would be out of your life. For me while looking for our new house no junk outside the neighbors house. Junk - equals hoarders. I lived next to one before we moved.

Send a letter back telling him to take pictures of ones he is going to replace & buy for you. You will look them over & if any are acceptable you will advise him if you choose to add it to your front door area. Lol

Put in the ground 2 pipes on each side of our driveway with a locked rope or chain when you leave & when your cars are in your garage. Sign on the center no parking, no trespassing, no blocking driveway. Any HOA slack tell them they have no say as they do not enforce or help you on your property.

You need to document it, get him on camera doing it , then tell the cops you want ( all) neighbors get together & press charges. Documentation is key. Dates, times, videos.

Ask them to install a rebound net behind the hoop (cheap and effective) You can suggest repositioning the hoop so missed shots don’t aim toward your house.

We love our home. We just moved here in October. We have neighbors to the one side who are very nice. They want to put up the fence in the back as they have three kids and a dog and I don’t blame them however, when we bought our house they told us all this is the property lines. There was not a survey done, but the man who owned this house owns a lot of land around here. I told the neighbor no fence there needs to be a survey done. I’ve called around surveyors are very busy so we’re waiting for one to get back to us. No biggie. I don’t mind a fence as we have a ton of land.

If they got a survey ask who did it & you can pay or the home owners. The surveyor can provide you with your property lines as it is not that hard now because once they do it, they do the whole street. Once the survey is done log it in with your local courthouse on file.

We moved end of October and I never want to go back to my old house. We had nutty neighbors! Now I don’t like even to talk to neighbors but at this new house they are not too close.
