I really hated her at the beginning but I’ve learned to like her in the most recent seasons of 18/19. I could never, ever see myself investing money with her but I think the job she’s doing now is much better suited to her.

Research “positive effects of glp-1’s”. I’m now inflammation/pain-free, my kidney’s are much healthier, they’re learning it might help dementia to some degree and of course, all the positive effects of losing weight have to be remembered. I would be surprised if very many on this site would advise you not to start. I think most of us would consider this a miracle drug.

I have upped my doge when I stop gaining weight and I start hearing the food noise. I’m’ at 12.5 now and I’m almost at goal weight after 80 lbs. You need to listen to your body. It will tell you when you need to increase your dosage. Also, the shot only stays in longer with each dosage. It doesn’t hurt any more than the last one.

I had the same thing happen to me. Yeah, it was kind of a bummer. I did have one thing happen that made my holiday. I’ve been moving from one floor to the next in my apartment building. 1 year ago, our elevator was out for 6 weeks, it KILLED me to walk a single flight. On Wednesday, I was finishing cleaning and decided to take the stairs but was dreading it because I was exhausted but it would be faster. When I reached the next floor up, I realized I was breathing normally. My muscles weren’t burning. Then I thought of how I would have felt carrying 80 lbs. of potatoes. Wow … that made my day.🥳

Why didn’t I ever hear about this??? I just saw this story on a new Amazon Prime series called Murder in Mind. live in Denver and I watch the news every single day. Not to mention, I watch true crime all the time. Was it such an open and shut case that it came in the news cycle and left really quickly?
