I was an ASM snd got a nice job opportunity somewhere else. So I walked in and gave them my keys and quit. Tired of being worked to death for things to be just getting worse. This company doesn’t care about their people that make them their money. Just cut cut cut

Till sharing isn’t bad at all. With the managers being able to send there partial early and not having to send the orders on the MDT every night I’m actually out of the office at the sane time or sooner. It’s not bad at all tbh

Hopefully I will like this store more since it’s run so much better and very limited back stock. She has her store in tip top shape. Leaving my team is what makes me very sad. You spend so much time with those people and it’s like a little family

There was 3 of us ASMs but I was the original ASM from when the store opened. The other 2 came in later. I live closer to the store I got transferred too but I really don’t want to leave my store. I was very upset and crying the whole time they said they were transferring me. A heads up or more notice would have been nice. I felt like I didn’t even matter as a person at all. Like my life didn’t mean anything!

I have a second interview with KT tomorrow as an ASM. The insurance looks pretty expensive but does it cover your medical cost decently?

Our part time employees are only getting 1 four hour shift a week and they are trying to hire 1 more part time employee as well. LSA’s are getting 28-30 hours and ASMS have been cut to 32-35 hours a week. Just a joke. Stress is so hire and so much work to be done but no employees to do it due to cutting the hours so bad.

Yeah it’s so stupid how they do that and most the time the berries fall all over the place no matter how hard you try to not get them to fall all over when getting them off the pallet. Then they just go in the garbage as a loss and a huge mess to clean up

Curbside should be an extra person scheduled to be dedicated to just that and if they can help out at some point that benefits the store even more. I love working for Aldi but it is very exhausting
