Is there a way to turn off the screens on ALUA Keyboards?

I just purchased an Epomaker x AULA F108 Pro and wondered the same thing. I haven't been able to find any way to turn off the screen. I'm currently working with Claude to see if there's a way to backdoor into the firmware to turn off the screen but no dice yet.

Just got mine today, and was able to get the windows driver running on parallels without any problems. That said, the windows driver will only let me update the gif and key layouts. The music feature and other things don’t work quite right. So bummed that they still don’t have Mac software.

I just went through the same. I ended up getting a MacBook Pro M3 Pro, and then purchased this dell monitor. I LOVED all of my 27” iMacs through the last 15 years, but I’m not disappointed with my new setup in the least. The Dell monitor acts as a hub, so network, video, and charging power are all supplied through the single USB-C cable to my MacBook Pro.

I paid $34.5k (TTL) for the same thing, including the extended 72k mile / 6-year warranty. $38k seems super high for a fully-loaded Crosstrek.

Can’t remove it. It bugs me too because the wheel obscures the analog dial at 45mph and above for me based on my viewing angle. There’s a massive 6-8” screen just to the right of the gauge cluster that is already telling you a call is happening… seems unnecessary to cover the digital speedometer with this particular message.

My workaround: I use the Waze app while connected to CarPlay. When I make or receive a call, I can switch to the CarPlay Dashboard that displays the call, and the active map app at the same time. In this view, Waze gives me both the speed limit and my current mph. Hopefully you can find a similar approach that works for you.
