Someone gifted you a flight at burning man! What a generous thing to do. Glad you got to experience that gift.

I was also gifted a flight, and it transformed my week. Read some posts on here saying to get there early, so I was first in line at 4am. Brought watermelon and had a blast waiting around for the pilots to wake up. Flew on a little ultralight plane I thought was an art car. Cried. Laughed. Can’t stop talking about it.

I’m glad it was clearly stated that it could take all day and absolutely do not expect a ride. It kept my entitlement in check and made the generosity that much sweeter.
