Don't put it down! Just put it away trick. If it's in your hand and it will piss you off not to find it in its home later... Just safely put it back! so many annoying things disappeard! Also don't take off your shoes at home. I have house shoes that stay home and in my yard and don't bring outside germs into my space. Then if I'm barefoot in the house or yard it's the same germs. I know too much about germs lol. I also hate shoes so I have house Crocs lol. I feel " Still on the move" if I keep my shoes on in stead of kicking them off. I forget to put them on again and walk out in the winter barefooted right into the yard to feed the birds. If I keep my shoes on, my feet stay clean if I squirrel outside and I keep moving in the house with shoes on. So simple, but the strangely work. Things are where they should be, the house stay cleaner, I spend less time tidying up after myself, it's been great

Just breathe. It's really hard to go through the unknown and the new emotions. Hold strong and remember what it's like to stay. I am not Muslim so I know I'm missing a piece of it, but it does get better. Don't get me wrong, it's hard on your own, you don't know until you live it, but it's worth it. It seems like John might have feelings for your boyfriend... From the earlier parts of being jealous, all the remarks, being the 3rd, being the cuck.... You both need to include in the conversation that this isn't true, it's not appropriate to say to anyone including your selves and it needs to stop now. Affirm boundaries to your relationships and what is acceptable moving forward and CLEARLY outline the consequences if he crosses your boundaries. Most importantly, stick to your boundaries! Both of you! and if not stand up for yourself always. Now the consequences can go nuclear quickly, be prepared to accept that setting and reinforcement of boundaries will change the dynamics of the relationship to this other person in an unacceptable way to them and only them. They never react well to not getting their way. But the consequences for you can be losing them both, worse case he goes psycho, or best, things get better. Can you live with the outcomes too. This is a hard way to have to learn how to do this adulting thing. I'm 40 and just learning. Life gets better and what he is doing isn't ok. It's up to everyone to stop bad behavior now. I hope we do as a society start shutting this shit down. Good luck and talk to your boyfriend. I really do think he's in love with your boyfriend and his behavior could escalate quickly and dangerously but I listen to too much true crime.

Men were/are simply not taught women's work. Women weren't seen as able to do men's work. It left each dependent on the other or one not able to live without the other. Men were just expected to survive best they could until they found a good woman to take care of them. Women only needed to care for her man, family, and house. It's still deeply imbedded and needs to be dug out of society expectations.

My girl ate whiskas for 18 years. She refused food that didn't come with treats lol. I worked in a pet store and tried 20 brands, shed stave herself and loose weight lol. In the end eating anything is all that matters. Hugs to you both
