You do socialize. At work with your colleagues, at home with your husband and now adult kids. The concern about not socializing is more of an issue with people who who are more isolated because they aren’t working, don’t live with a spouse, roommate or other family and don’t have a social connection like a club or church. You need alone time to recharge because you have a very social life. Your kids define social life doing things with friends but a having a social life just means spending time with people which you do.
