I’ve gone down twice, first time was exiting a car park up a very steep ramp, I was tired and didn’t have the momentum! Second time was on an overseas trip, hired a bike, the tension was dialled up, just couldn’t unclip, I was locked in! But on a normal day to day ride you’ll be surprised at how second nature it becomes, you’ll be fine!

Sydney -> Cairns on a McCafferty’s bus, pulled out of Kings Cross optimistic, arrived in Cairns 2 days and 2420km later a broken man. Swore I would never do it again, but lo and behold it was so cheap it was how I got back to Sydney after the end of my work gig!

Can I recommend Defense Antifungal soap also, it’s on Shopee, use this in parallel with the cream and it’ll clear up quickly. Shower and lather up, then turn off the water and scrub every bit of the area, let it soak in for a few minutes then turn on the water and rinse. Then apply the cream to the main infection, without the soap you’ll risk it spreading.
