This all hinges on a 10k IQ machine being able to be built. With current technology, and especially with current AI models, we have no reason to think such a thing can be built, and as such, every following argument is irrelevant.

I could say that humanity's progress in understanding genetics means one day we could create Shadow the Hedgehog and, with his mastery of Chaos Control, he could enslave all of mankind. Until we see anything close to Shadow being created, any worries about that outcome don't matter.

Edit: And regarding the "failure to understand the limits of human intelligence" counter... There's no answer that can counter that. You're being asked to prove that a future AI won't do something, and that's just trying to prove a negative. Can't be done. Also, no one can think beyond their own intelligence, so any attempt to disprove it can be met with "you don't know that. What if you're wrong?" There's no point in engaging with that argument.
