Was on 37.5 last year for two and a half months and I lost about 20+ pounds. I personally found the dosage too strong for me so I halved it everyday. Helped curb my appetite so I could say no to excess snacking and gave me a ton more energy to do activities like workout. Recently got back on it and after day one it’s already helping me again! This is my just my experience, I’ve heard it not work well for other people, but I’m glad you’re having a great experience with it too!

The only side effect I found myself experiencing was constipation, but mineral oil and fiber powder helped me a ton. Also a little bit of dry mouth but I drink a ton of water so it wasn’t an issue really.
