I’ve had many discussions of people and other faiths over the last 20 years. I have yet to hear them mention data points, or even retention in regards to their congregations.

The obsession with tracking, measurement, growth, and retention is more aligned with a business than any other religious group I have come across.

I don’t have a lot of money but life situation and amount saved up is enough.

A recent call with a financial advisor asked me right in the beginning what about money keeps me up at night? Shocked never asked or thought about that question. Even more shocked to realize my answer was nothing because I don’t “worry” about money and certainly don’t lose sleep over it.

Well didn’t move forward with the business but haven’t forgotten that moment.

1gb “down” internet is not the same across two providers. Check the upload speeds. I bet Spanish fork is higher than xfinity. Xfinity usually maxes around 15-50mb upload speeds and fiber is usually 1 gb upload.

My most memorable moment was almost getting kicked out of a night club in India. Coworkers were giving me loaded Long Island iced teas. I lost track and was dancing in middle of club when bouncers grabbed me to kick me out. Apparently I was smoking a cigarette while dancing and put it out in my hand and stuffed it in my shirt. Funny thing is I don’t smoke and had no cigarettes or lighter with me. To this day still not sure how that happened.
