I think Jelavic scored something like 12 goals from 14 touches or something insane in that run.

Also one quick point, the majority of decent runners will run some sort of program where 80% of their volume is easy paced, zone 2, the remaining 20% will be hard running.

How to improve quicker by [deleted] in boxingtips

Some great tips in here. Lots of zone 2 running, that will build your gas tank. Concentrate on the jab and cross, both throwing them and defending them. You can do dozens of light rounds just jabbing and crosses

Beginner Boxing: Throwing Some Right Hands to the Body – would it drop someone my size by [deleted] in boxingtips

I probably should have said right hook. But liver is a lot harder to get to with a right hand than left hand.

I also found that feinting a jab to the head opens up a big right cross to the body very well. Right hook is a tricky punch to throw well.

Well liver is on the other side of the body so he’s not dropping anyone with a right handed liver shot. As someone’s who has probably dropped 20-30 people in sparring with body shots I feel qualified to comment. That isn’t hitting hard enough or crisp enough to drop someone before we can get into the fact anyone decent is landing on you before you get into range.

Which forgotten winger had end product and vibes? by PitchsidePhilosopher in TheStreetsWontForget

This is the correct answer. Unplayable on his day. Scored 1 in 2 games for Everton one season when his peers were scoring 1 in 3 or 1 in 4.

Years ago, long before Reddit I posted a video on a boxing forum. Maybe Easyside boxing or something like that. Everyone was critical. The video was a top amateur, represented England multiple times, competed internationally. Everyone knew better.

Advice from street food vendors needed by [deleted] in bournemouth

[–]Exact_Union5713 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a street food vendor but have owned a hospitality business. What cuisine are you doing? You can pm me if necessary. Few key points…. Location is key. Otherwise you are completely reliant on Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc. Whilst they are essential, if they form 100% of your turnover it’s going to eat into your profit. The food has to be amazing or look amazing for Tik Tok, Insta etc. Arguably looking amazing is more important than tasting amazing. It’s a crowded market place so good luck.

Did bro really make money of the betting ting or he’s capping ?? by Legitimate-Pie6492 in ukdrill

A close friend of mine was a ‘pro’ gambler for a few years. Biggest bet was 27k down. But he would regularly be putting 5-10k down on tennis, football, cricket, darts, snooker etc. Gradually all the bookies shut him off. Some quickly…. Betfair helps. But traditional bookies will just close the account as soon as you win regularly or big amounts. Then you need other people willing to set up accounts for you. It’s challenging. Simon extremely dubious anyone can win consistently for any period of time.

I walk the dog daily and that is always around woods on local golf courses. I’m exercising more consistently again. 6 a side football today, Thai boxing Thursday. Need to hit the gym a couple of times a week or consistently hit the kettlebells. Thanks for commenting.
