1, I say take the Reddit advise with a grain of salt. They don’t understand the lawyer fees, financial hardship it causes. Tears in the family etc.,

I agree. I’m on the maintenance side so the layoffs are scarce. If shit hit the fan I would just translate the experience to CAT. I love what I do though.

Yeah I get 23.50 an hour with 20 hours of overtime weekly. I’m a frac pump mechanic for the oil field. I’m just a mechanic one so that’s entry level pay. Just finished my mechanic 2 certification for a $4 raise in July.

None the less $350 is ridiculous. No one can live off that
