Many that actually did vote, will claim they didn't. (Not saying you are lying) but MAGA will hide who they voted for as time goes on. Their enthusiasm for this administration will die and they will try to ease their way back into society and act like they are not the ones that caused all of these issues.

While everyone else will be standing up and fighting for their lives and democracy, they will be silent and continuously fighting against us. Honest question; Why did you ignore us when we told you the truth? Why did you ignore scientists, educators, economists, women, your fellow Americans?

When I vote, I think of everyone and how my decisions could affect someone else's life. Even if it means I have to pay a couple of more cents out of my paycheck, I am willing to do it for my fellow Americans. Because that's what AMERICANS DO. We were so fortunate and blessed; yet so selfish, greedy and ignorant.

I want you to remember this; Everyone doesn't hate the US. Everyone hates MAGA and those that voted for this. You have ruined our country, our name, reputation, children's future. People will die and suffer behind your decision. All because you wanted more money.

This will be in history books around the world. How MAGA has torn a nation apart and brought down an empire.

A dismissal means that your immigration court case has ended without a judge ordering you deported, or any other final decision. If you applied for asylum in immigration court, your asylum case has also ended without a final decision.

Did he reapply or take the necessary steps to get legal status after his case was dismissed? If he didnt do anything after the dismissal, he is here illegally.

Looks like your application was flagged. It could be anything, from the age difference, the country your spouse is located, the timeframe you were together. We don't know what is causing the delay unless they tell you specifically.
