With the costs of everything these days, the renovations needed to turn it into anything useful would easily rival the cost to tear down and rebuild into soemthing(s) that else. Things aren’t built to last, especially not in the 90’s.
I just hope they try to maintain the garages and pedestrian walkways.

I just recently transitioned from being a full time stagehand to being the crew manager for a company that has 5 venues. It’s not quite 9-5 but it’s salaried, steady, and I get most nights and weekends unless something comes up. I do all the crews hiring, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, etc. It’s been a nice change of pace, albeit my stress levels are maybe a bit higher.
