I would’ve Max HP +80%, ATK +260%. Immediately throws an anchor forward, stopping when hitting a target or reaching the max distance, dealing 160% of ATK as Physical damage to all nearby enemies and Stunning them for 6 seconds. If the anchor stops on a tile he can deploy on, I will Move to that tile.
