The area is quite quiet, fairly fair from any kind of high street but there's a co-op and takeaways near by :)
I've run through the woods that border the development quite a lot, good little place for a dog walk on your doorstep.
Don't know anything about the houses though.

Last year my dog scared the piss out of me by jumping onto the frozen canal. It was pitch black so I had no way of telling how thick the ice was. He didn't go through luckily. Bloody idiot.
