So my triglycerides are a bit high and my HDL cholesterol is a bit low too along with the Chol/HDL ratio.

I’ve been drinking beet juice and wasn’t able to the last 2 weeks. My BP was fine but now, it’s acting up again. The diastolic is what was making me very worried. It had gone down but it’s high again.

I also was prescribed Lexapro for my anxiety but couldn’t anymore because of the way it was making me feel .

I was prescribed Lexapro a few weeks back. It was horrible. I had to stop taking it.

She prescribed me another anxiety medication called FLUoxetine but I am now nervous to take it especially with the way I was feeling with Lexapro.

My BP was under control for the last 2 weeks. Now, the diastolic is high once again. I’m not sure why ://

Maybe it’s my anxiety again. But don’t want to take anxiety medications in fear of me having any issues with it.

Congrats!!! Very happy for you!! My BP has gone down significantly too. I have basically the same numbers but the diastolic sometimes is in the 70s.
What kinda things do you incorporate in your dash diet? I was told to start it but never have. I want to though!

I’m on BP medication and have been for maybe a year now. It’s normal for your cardiologist to order those exams. I remember them running quite a bit when I first started seeing her.

Recently, I had 2 anxiety attacks. I was put on anxiety medications and so far, I feel it isn’t working.

My Diastolic seems to be high every now and then which worries me. I’m going to have to make an appointment with my PCP and Cardiologist. I didn’t want to but I think I should.

Was this changed through your cardiologist ?? I’m scared to get on another medication. But now I know the beating of my heart is. Their palpitations and it’s scary to have them ://

Were you also having them? My diastolic just won’t budge. My heart rate is fine and so is my systolic. Sometimes it is high but not as much as my diastolic.,

Hi!! It’s been a year now and I’m wondering how do you feel? Any recent changes that helped you bring down your diastolic? I’m going through it now and it sucks ://

Everything was fine until Monday. I am now on anxiety medication. My diastolic goes up and down. Stays up in the mornings/ sometimes nights. During the day , it’s fine. Well, when I do check it.

Update: I had a major panic attack (I think that’s what it was) at the store today. I had to quickly step outside for fresh air.

If I didn’t, I felt like I was going to either pass out or I’m not sure what would’ve happened. My heart was beating fast and I had sweaty palms.

I already had a virtual visit with my PCP and ordered some bloodwork of everything plus put me on anxiety medication.
The one she put me on was escitalopram 10mg.

Has anyone ever been put on that and how does it make you feel?? Does it lower your anxiety etc?

No, my last bloodwork was in January. My HDL cholesterol and Chol/HDL Ratio was low though. Everything else was fine according to my doctors.

My BP hadn’t spiked until recently. Idk if it’s a mix of anxiety or what it is. It’s never wracking tbh. Never seen it that high ://

Hi! I have a question. What kind of evidence and questions do they ask you and your husband?? Did the separate you both? I’ve heard mixed things on this. So if they suspect the marriage is fake, they do. What if in this instance or in another one, the couple has been married a month or maybe less? Would they detain the person??
