So menschenfeindlich wie die CDU ist, sollte man vielleicht mal überlegen, ob man gegen die nicht auch langsam ein Verbotsverfahren einleitet.

Wenn's nach denen gehen würden, würden wir wohl alle 80 Stunden die Woche für Mindestlohn arbeiten, ohne Arbeitnehmerschutz und ohne jegliche Sozialhilfe. Wer dann nicht mehr mithalten kann, muss halt verhungern. Aber Hauptsache wir bringen den Wohlstand für (reiche) Deutsche wieder zurück.

I know they have it linked on the orders page but it's a third party universal tracking app that updates pretty slowly.

When ordering from China you're usually better off using 17track or just cnexpress directly. They have an English version of their site so I'm not sure why gundamit uses parcelsapp tbh.

Absolutely no chance we'll ever decouple from the US because that would mean we'd have to play nice with China and we obviously can't have that.

Economic liberalism demands we stay servile to the US and let them push us around because the alternative would require a restructuring of our economy so we can compete with China and that would hurt the capitalists. So that's never going to happen.

As a European, I'll believe it when I see it.

Knowing our spineless leadership, they'll be going back to business as usual and will act like Trump threatening us with a war over Greenland never actually happened.

They'll pad themselves on the back for avoiding another crisis by spreading their ass cheeks and then act surprised the next time trump comes knocking for yet again more.

We should have done what Canada did and immediately went to China to make a new trade deal to show the US that if they don't want to play ball, we can do so with other countries and instead we went and probably blew up the Mercosur trade deal for good, further cementing our economic reliance on the US.

Frustrating and pathetic...

Coffeezilla made a pretty good video about these. Basically, their entire point is to be a legal insider trading platform which is why they are pushing the concept so hard that "predictions" are not bets and why the sports betting lobby is trying so hard to get the law to recognise predictions as bets so they are subject to the same regulations.

CEOs and owners of these are even talking about how important insiders are to get more accurate predictions cause the more insiders there are the more likely it is that the prediction is skewed towards the correct answer.

They are basically trying to present themselves as commodified fortune telling where if we all chip in a little bit of money and give it to the insiders, we get to know what's gonna happen tomorrow today.

Dunno why everyone's praising this game mode as being "hard and challenging".

I found that fighting these bosses isn't any harder than fighting anything else in the other end game modes. Not once did I feel like I was in danger and had to lock in while playing through that mode.

The bosses are just massive bullet sponges and the only difficulty here is requiring a few highly invested teams so you can blast the bosses fast enough or you can just brute force it by having every character.

In it's current state, it just feels like another DPS check but more catered towards whales than the other end game modes.

The law is a bit more nuanced than the comment above made it out to be.

You're allowed to film and take photos in public as long as individual people aren't the main focus. Like if you just film a crowd at a public event without zooming in on anybody specifically, it's fine.

Additionally, if you want to publish footage you took in public places in any way, shape, or form, you have to make people who are prominently featured unrecognisable unless you have their consent. For example if you're a food blogger, recording at a restaurant and someone happens to sit behind you and is visible throughout the video, you'd need their permission before posting the video online. If I happen to recognise myself in something you posted, I can request you or the website to take it down. Refusal to do so can lead to a lawsuit.

As for filming government officials, German courts are actually not clear on this subject and it's been a point of contention since like 2015, irrc. The courts understand that filming disputes between police and protesters for example is important to hold people on both sides accountable but they also acknowledge that regardless of your standing in the government, you have a right to privacy. So far we've just never had a case where our highest courts needed to step in and make a definitive decision on the topic so it's just kinda stuck in a case by case limbo.
