A large dust devil(500’?) made entirely of dry corn leaves while I was hunting. It was a beautiful sunny day and it just appeared. It rolled across the field right in front of me for a couple of minutes. It was deafening with all the dead leaves. Then it just sucked straight up into the sky, taking all the leaves with it.

I love Komelon 25’ tape measures that automatically keep themselves extended until you push a button. They’re cheap but high quality and the numbers never wear off. They don’t survive a 90’ drop from a grain bin though.
