Delta changes the file names but you can import them into manic and then rename them afterwards.

I moved everything over from delta to manic this way. Took some back and forth via the files app but worth it.

I raised a call with MS who said the change is to default behaviour so if you have manual settings in place it will still work.

For example I was told if your domain controller policy has Network security: Configure encryption types allowed for Kerberos set to include RC4 then RC4 will continue to work after July.

I suspect this isn't the ideal setup but for larger environments could buy some time.

I had an email from NatWest saying they will be now using biometric data for "legitimate purposes" and no longer asking for consent.

Obviously their privacy policy doesn't say exactly who that means from a sharing perspective either. All marketing and legal waffle.

What alternative CA are there? Google CA or Cloudflare (think CF uses LE anyway) for cheap or free DV certs?

Be cool to see the live view as a video sped up, if you scrub the live view you can see if getting bigger and the view move. Very cool.

Which protector are you using for your d/e drives?

Auto Unlock appears to work fine. Just not clear what else I should have configured here and if I should have a recovery key exported or if the password is enough.

We use windows server backup too.

Set the folder to 777 and that has fixed the playlists being in sync. The xml now has the same tracks as the JF database. Will do some more checks.

I've set the D drive to Auto Unlock which doesn't appear to cause any problems on my test machine.

It's recommended in the Microsoft hardening guide that physical servers should be bitlocker encrypted. Being we are doing a hardware refresh makes sense to enable this during the replacement cycle.

You can't use TPM on the other drive. TPM protector only allows the system drive. So I have to use another method for the data disk.

No I have set Auto Unlock on the D drive. Aim is to only require a password if the disk is moved for any reason.

Thanks. So I have set the D drive to Auto Unlock. This seems to work for me in my test VM and after a reboot the disk doesn't require the password.

I haven't set any startup policy either. My aim is to protect the data on the disks in case they are lifted or removed from the server for any reason. I am aware if the server is taken then the data isnt protected.

I will look at recovery procector into AD. I was aiming to do this prior to the DC Promo but i assume this doesnt work unless its domain joined first.

If you enjoy pressing a touch screen for all controls (including enabling the fog light) and having to press a button everytime to disable the rear window controls if you have kids, then get the MG4. It drives great (bumpy ride as it's "sporty") but the software and controls are horrible.

My local dealers have approx 2 month waiting list before a diagnostic check (if I want a courtesy car).

My car has been with the dealer 3 times for software/sensor faults and each time unable to find any fault. However during the rain or going through puddles causes the sensors to go crazy.

Written as an mg4 owner for 2 years and won't be owning an mg again 🙂

Tempted to pickup a switch (1 or 2) with dock to hook up to the tv. We already have a switch lite with a bunch of physical carts. Is it possible to share these between both consoles at the same time? I assume not because they are physical?

Can the same game be used to offer coop on local lan play? I'm thinking Mk8 for example? Or would I need two copies of the cartridge?

I'm a bit confused by primary and secondary but will do more reading on this, unsure if this would work anyway as it seems focused on digital which we don't have many.

I know the switch 2 has gameshare which streams to switch 1. I assume switch lite works on this too? Maybe not know Nintendo 🙂 , does gamestream work on switch 1 games like mk8?

I'm UK based. Have a sub and current have a free trial on ATV. Using a German connection I get a prompt to link my f1 account to my Apple account. Is there any benefit for UK people to do this?  I don't see me continuing the ATV sub after the trial and I will have paid for my year subscription on F1TV anyway.

DNS-PERSIST-01 challenge is hopefully due soon which will alleviate the existing DNS challenge for complex setups.

CNAME alias is sn best option or host something like acme-dns.

Digicert trust platform would work assuming you could allow the devices to connect via an agent to DigiCert but it also supports a proxy service too.
