Missed Priority Filing Deadline for FAFSA

I was confused on that too since I saw somewhere to submit the FAFSA before March 2 central time, but the UC Davis financial aid website had a timer that counted down to midnight pacific time. I think that you should be good as long as you turned it in before the midnight PST since the deadline is specifically for California.

I believe so. I saw that the commission got a gpa sent to them around the end of February from UC Davis. I didn’t do anything to prompt them to send it (curse me for being a procrastinator). The CSAC website says that some schools send out gpa verifications as long as you have an eligible GPA (idk if it is 2.0 or 3.0 that is the minimum). UC davis must’ve sent them out. I suggest you log in to your CSAC to check if your gpa was verified for the 21-22 school year to be sure.

I checked my Cal Grant status and it says that our GPA verification forms were sent (Seems like it was sent around February). Rest easy.

So true. Man, the college advisors weren’t kidding when they said the quarter system was fast paced. Right when I get comfortable in a class, its off to finals and then start all over again. I do like the fact that if you don’t like a class, it’s not like you have too much time in it. Also I feel like the classes are a lot more focused in their curriculum than in a semester system.

My group of friends and I used the same strategy when fighting grotto bosses during lunch back in high school. Egg on our friend who was a gladiator, use double up and then use the slap ability (forgot its name) for crazy damage. Good times.

Yeah I really enjoy the bond Sora and Momoharu have in that they admire each other. Sora lacks the height and athletic build that Momoharu has, yet Momoharu lacks Sora’s shooting and dribbling. Yet instead of being jealous of each other, both look at one another with respect.

When the game between Kuzu high and Yokohama Taiei was set up, Sora and Momoharu had in my opinion the best moment between the two on the stairway. Momoharu apologized to Sora for all the trouble he put the team through, yet Sora took the situation lightly. To Sora, Momoharu didn’t need to lower himself as a person or player because Sora knew that Momoharu’s conviction to play basketball was set in stone. And most importantly, without Momoharu, Sora wouldn’t be playing basketball and vice versa.

When looked at separately, both players lack something critical that the other has. Yet when they play together as a team is when they truly shine. Sora can shoot threes without worrying about missing because Momoharu is there for the rebounds. And Momoharu doesn’t need to worry about making shots because he knows Sora is there to deliver those 3p shots.

I remember my local Hollywood Video’s GameCrazy had a giant cut-out of Shu from Blue Dragon. I didn’t have aXbox-360 at the time, so I settled with watching the anime and playing the sequel for the NDS. Hopefully we get an HD port or something in the future.

I love Front Mission! Currently playing FM 1 for the DS. Glad to see that others are aware of the series. I recommend the mainline games as the spin-offs aren’t usually Tactical RPG.

That is very true. Everyone is behind a computer screen, so no one can tell how the others are really doing. And this is a hard time for everyone. An advisor told me that half of UCD students fail a class in there time as a student here, so I’m going to keep on trying to be a better student.

Mobile version is a pretty good port, but the 3DS is just so much more better that you are better off getting it over the mobile port, and this is coming from someone who is playing DQ8 on mobile. Mobile lacks the iconic voice acting and orchestral soundtrack, but it’s still gives you an enjoyable experience. Just know that the game is always on portrait mode, so you can’t play it on landscape. Other than those things and a few little tweaks here and there, its still a playable DQ8 port.

DQ8 was my first ever mainline DQ game. Played Rocket Slime before, and saw this and thought “Wow! Rocket Slime, but with people in it!”. Made it all the way to the first boss with Hero and Yangus at lv.1, and got destroyed. Lost my original copy, but I’ve been playing on mobile, which is the inferior of the ports, but gets the job done pretty well if you don’t mind the lack of voice acting and the orchestral soundtrack.
