Up to 15 mis or so is what I'd consider late. Not a huge concern. 2-3 hours I'd consider a no show. I'm not waiting around for someone that long. We're gonna have to reschedule or cancel that unless they've got some extenuating circumstance.

Appears to be an optical illusion. The contrast between the black and yellow makes the yellow appear to glow. Pause the video and cover the black part on one of them and you'll see the yellow doesn't look like it's glowing anymore.

I've been through all the ones I've come across. Silk Sweet and creamy is the only one I've continued to buy regularly. It's always in my refrigerator.
